Return & Warranty Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at doggo.contactus@gmail.com and request a return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the next steps and instructions to complete the return process.
Items sent back without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
90-Day Warranty
If you decide to keep your product, it is covered by our 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If your product experiences a manufacturing defect or functional issue during this period, please contact us at doggo.contactus@gmail.com so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
