Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Express Shipping: up to 2 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a resolution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
